Im getting tons of dropped frames like 40% my cpu usage is at 16-17%
so i use to use obs and it worked fine nothing was a problem then all of a sudden i was getting dropped frames every minute or so while playing counter-strike global offensive and bf4 and overwatch so i moved on to obs studio but it still happens just not as much any help would be helpful!

MSI 970A G46
AMD FX-8350
2x 4GB corsair Vengeance
GPU: MSI GTX 960 4GB
SSD: 250GB Samsung EVO 850
