Question / Help Lock things in place - keep stuff from moving around if I accidentally select it?

Hey guys, just as title says - is there any way to lock things in place - keep stuff from moving around if I accidental select it ? I have so many overlays and things that I turn on and off all the time, its so easy to grab and re-position it by accident. :(

So, this is suggestion: I need layer lock feature.

Guys, you'll need lock, link, opacity, effects, still images, brushes, noise reduction, calibration tools... -> photoshop realtime and $$$$$$
