Question / Help lock fps in games while stream

my setup i7-7700k, asus prime z270-k, gtx 1060 3gb, 16gb RAM 2133mhz, i buy this processor and try to stream on x264, and while i play and stream on preset very fast, my obs lock fps for 16, 20, 30, without any reason, processor usage like 70% max, what can be as a problem?

Then your trying to push out too high of a resolution, and/or too high of a bitrate.

Try 1280x720 at 60 FPS and lower your bitrate to around 3000-4000 with veryfast preset. Make sure that you have the Internet upload speed of at least 5Mbps. If it is slower, then you will have problems and have to compensate by reducing bitrate.

i already stream on 720p and 60 fps with bitrate 5500, and have 0% loss packets, so idk waht is the problem
