Question / Help Location of Quick Sync Setting?

I believe that if I can change this setting, I can make my videos not stutter.

I read this forum post, but I can't find the Quick Sync setting. Where do I find it, if it still exists? Using version 0.14.2

Edit:

The forum post you referenced is for OBS Classic. No wonder you can't find it. You're looking for the "Target Usage" dropdown under Settings > Output (Advanced mode) or "Encoder Preset" under Settings > Output (Simple mode).

Now I can't find a Target Usage dropdown.

EDIT: Sorry about the multi-upload of files. I couldn't tell if it was uploaded or not.

Anyway, that's what I'm seeing.

Your encoder is still set to x264.

Okay, set it to AMD Video Encoding Engine. Still can't find a Target Usage.

If you don't select Quick Sync as your hardware encoder then you aren't going to get Quick Sync-related options.
