Question / Help Local Recording Stuttering/Trying to understand settings

So, I have been trying many different options to record my gameplay. But it seems every time I try to record, I always have some sort of Recording stuttering while in the game I maintain 80-100 FPS.

Here is my most recent log from OBS Studio: https://gist.github.com/ed6547c1393037d5883388db5d4452ec

Thanks for your assistance and if you need anymore details feel free to say so!

your GPU cant keep up. Try turning on V-Sync at 60hz. Or cap your fps to 60

Thanks a ton @C-Dude! - I have tried QuickSync and NVENC, I was wondering if using one or the other would be less GPU/CPU intensive. And @astrals my HD has ~800 GB of free space, so I doubt that was the issue. - But I appreciate your tip :)

x264 gets the best compression so it is good for streaming where you have limited bandwidth.
Quicksync can record with less CPU inpact since it uses the CPU integrated graphics
NVENC is by far the best for local recordings since it uses the GPU to encode very quickly. But it is bad for streaming due to large bitrate needed to look good.

If you have a gpu that supports NVENC there really is no point in using quicksync.

I'd recommend x264 for streaming and NVENC for local recordings. Check out the settings down below that can help get really great quality.
