First of all, I don't have access to the log at the moment. I'm sorry. :( But I can tell you this:
OBS is telling me I haven't dropped any frames when streaming.
Local recording at 1080p/30 fps is smooth.
Internet is 100/100 download/upload hardwired to the router.
CPU usage sits around 85%. But no warning from OBS that it is running into issues.
CPU preset at Very Fast.
Bitrate set to 5000, CBR, figured that would be adequate for 1080p at 30 fps. (Also tried lowering bitrate to 3500, no dice.)
Using an Elgato HD 60 as video input from my main PC.
Does streaming use more resources than recording? My local recordings when played back are very smooth and look great in 1080p. However, when I go to stream at those same settings, stream is choppy and unwatchable. It's something I'm doing, I just can't figure out what setting I need to tweak. 720p at 60fps streams well and runs into no issues. I just want to stream in "full" HD. :(
Anybody else run into this issue?
