Local recording is not smooth + slight stutter

Hi Team,

Good day to you.

I am new to recording and stuff. I am trying to record my gameplay locally, no stream. Whatever way i try, the recording is never smooth and you can see slight stuttering as well. I have tried to find a solution for my problem by searching but nothing fixes the problem. In the end, i try to do a lossless quality recording and the output is still the same. The gameplay is very smooth, yet the recording output is not smooth. I have uploaded a sample recording on the following link:

Forgot to mention the following issue:

In the recorded video, the output also has some weird squares, like its pixelated. I can't figure out a way to fix that as well. If you watch the YouTube video in full screen, you should be able to see them. Especially in dark areas.

Any advise would be appreciated.
