Question / Help Local recording help

i am using the latest obs but i want to record at 1080p 60fps is poss, playing the forest but i can either have low quality or very choppy low fps gameplay.
pc specs are
intel i5 quad core 3.2ghz
nvidia gtx960
16gb hyper fury ram
also would like to record h1z1 but same issues, could use shadow play but i like obs

Try simple settings
Recording quality: Indistinguishable
Encder x264 low CPU usaeg or NVENC
Format FLV

will give that a try
just did it, quality is awesome had to drop it to 30 fps but still at 1080p.
works great on the forest so h1z1 should be sweet thanks alot i was tearing my hair out lol
