Streaming PUBG, downscaled from 1920x1080 to 1280x720, I've tried using x264 as well as NVENC, but it doesn't change my recordings stuttering. When watching VODs of past streams, my quality starts out nice, but even without hardly any dropped frames, the quality of my webcam(andthe game) drops badly. I've streamed with 60fps as well as 30 fps, and it doesn't change anything either. I've tried changing anywhere from 2700 bitrate up to 3500. No ingame lag at all...
Internet speeds are 100 down/ 10 Up. (not a typo. actually Ten.)
I've also tried to use the Auto Config Wizard, and that didn't help.
