Question / Help Local Recorded Video Result Freezing!

Hi there. As said in the title, whenever I record my video, the actual video file seems to freeze on a frame for a while, then moves on to the next frame after 30 SECONDS or less!!! This didn't use to happen and I don't get why OBS Studio does this to my videos. I have looked it up, and did everything i know in my settings, reinstalled, and rebooted! It still happens, and even when reinstalling, I got a new version and still! But listen to this... When recording, I experience no extra lag whatsoever, and it appears to be the end result video file. I've switched the video over to an iphone, still freezes in the video. So its not my PC lagging, its something with obs!
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Try
Simple settings
Recording Quality : Indistinguishable
Encoder : x264 low CPU usage
Format FLV

But I think it will lag too.


Option:

Set canvas and rescaled output to 1280x720p
Maybe this gives a little better result.


But I think you have to downscale to 540p or even 480p.

i think i tried downscaling to 1280x720 and no difference whatsoever.
