Question / Help Local record using NVENC

I was trying some settings for recording my games while streaming and I found NVENC really good !

I have one question :

I want to use CQP and I dont know what the number mean : I set it to 15 but i dont know if its good or i should put it to 20 or more.

CQP of 15 is the value used by the indistinguishable recording preset.

but between 15 and 20 (20 for exemple) is there a big quality loss?

I record in local @720p60 what should i use without having really big files?

18 is a good value. It should give you good quality and decent file sizes.
