My setup is this:

The sound come without problems to an other PC, but the image does not. Its only an freeze frame looking so:

This problem is also there, if I open the stream with an other PC.
Could somebody help me? I have no plan, what i did wrong. I am an absolut beginner in OBS.

I think, that the Internet-Connection could be the problem. There is under one 1MBPS dowload and upload. But streaming need much more, and the wlan could do more than this 1 MBPS. How could i solve this problem?
(sorry for my bad english)
