We are on 23.2.1 and we have 2 installation on win 10 one works fine the other has this error. The file is definitely there. I'm guessing some windows difference but what. Win 10 pro

There are three possibilities:
1) An OBS dependency is missing. Download the runtimes from here.
2) You have an obs-outputs dll that doesn't match the OBS version. Try redownloading 23.2.1.
3) Your obs-outputs dll is corrupted. Try the solution for step 2.
