Question / Help Load an overlay when start a .exe

Hello everyone I was wondering in Obs it's possible link an image to an .exe. I explain better.... I've Lol Client with his overlay, but when the game start i wanna load another overlay it's that possible??? A sort of linking to that program. If anyone know how to do will be apreciated :D thx
