Question / Help Livestream, USB Mixer, Skype

I'm looking for some help doing a livestream of a skype conversation. I searched for previous answers but didn't find any.

Here's the setup I want:

I want the audio from a mixer (with microphone, sound effects, etc) going to obs and skype. I want the audio from skype being sent to obs and the mixer. I will be monitoring all audio with heaphones attached to mixer. I have mix-minus setup on the mixer to prevent the incoming audio from the computer from being sent back to the other person on skype. Is it possible to record a skype conversation on OBS with this setup without sending the skype incoming audio back to the sender?

Can you help?

Hi,

Depends on your mixer and what audio outputs you have on the pc. I can't see why this isn't possible as long as you have enough audio in's and outs. Therefore can you explain futher what hardware / software you are using etc.

Cheers

Allen and heath zed 10. All audio to/from mixer is through usb.

I'm obviously a newbie to the software, but I believe this is going to be super easy. Other programs I've seen do not have the same functionality as OBS. I've been doing a little exploring after asking this question. It looks like I just need to add desktop audio in addition to the mixer as audio sources, and problem solved. I don't I didn't know what "Desktop audio" was. I thought it was the default microphone for some reason. I should have searched a tutorial a little better.

Thank you for your response and sorry for taking your time on something which had an easy solution right in front of me.
