Question / Help Livestream Quality Problems

Hello i hope someone can help me with OBS Settings.
My Prob is my stream dont stutter or sth and i dont loose frames. How i can improve the Quality i tested some Settings but i dont know what to change.

You should really be streaming at 720p instead of 1080p. On a low bitrate, smaller resolutions actually look better.
