Livestream MP4 and always include Audio. Why is this so difficult?

I've read every thread I can, and can't seem to get a clear solution to this. I had settings working one time, but never since.
From Windows OBS v30.0.0, I'm trying to live stream a local MP4 to our Wowza Streaming Engine.
The video streams flawlessly, but whatever I try, I can't get the audio to stream. I know this to be the case, its a standard test video we use, it works from other streaming software, etc. etc. I think I've tried every combination of settings possible to know avail.

Frankly, I NEVER want to be hearing it locally from my windows desktop, but I want to KNOW the audio is streaming. The studio Audio Mixer shows it humming along nicely, and I've set the Advanced Audio to "Monitor Off". And as it seems to matter somehow, I will never be using my local mic, or even local speakers. I DO however, want the MP4 audio to be included with the video, every single time, unconditionally.

I'm in my 2nd week of trying to make this happen, and clearly am missing some fundamental setting or otherwise. What settings should I be looking at Please help! :)

So you're feeding all 6 tracks. So far, so good. Are you also streaming one of those tracks? You haven't shown that setting yet.

And is the audio enabled in the first place?

The default is to stream Track 1, but all of that can be changed...

I will never be using my local mic
Do yourself a favor, and Disable it. Settings -> Audio. That takes it away entirely. No meter, no controls, nothing. Don't leave yourself with anything that can only cause problems. ("Why does the stream have room noise in it?!")

The noise is just the screen capture. I've disabled everything, and I think I've narrowed it down to the sample rate of the audio. Working with the media server people now to hammer that one out.
Thanks.!
