Question / Help Livestream Lags for Viewers

I wanted to start livestreaming. I think my laptop Is more than capable to do it. Whenever I start livestreaming, my viewers notice video lag, even though I don't in-game. I tried to fix the problem by setting my bitrate to 60570kb/s and by buffer size to 2019. Here is my log file.

When you saw lag are we talking 20-30 seconds? If so I think this is normal with any streaming service like youtube or twitch.

You must keep in mind that your sending the info out to a remote server god knows where, then they have to send it back out to your viewers so some latency will occur.

It lags really bad every 1-2 seconds. The video looks very choppy.
