Question / Help Livestream is choppy but i get high fps

Hi, lately when i try to stream i get high fps, 0 drop frames but my stream stutters and is choppy.

Stream settings are 720p @30 fps and 264 encoder with super fast preset

pc specs:
cpu: 15 4670k @4.3
gpu: 780ti

delete "opencl=true" from your custom x264 settings

if that doesn't work try turning on VSync in game.
