Livestream backs up on transitions

We are noticing that our YouTube livestream backs up and repeats one or two seconds when we transition from one scene to another. It seems to have started when we added a PTZ USB camera to our system, but the back ups occur when switching to/from an NDI camera or a basic USB webcam, too.

Upon further review, this issue is most noticeable when transitioning to the PTZ USB camera scene.

Finally found the solution...OBS Render Delay Filter to sync all cameras.

Correct. The PTZ camera is USB. We used the OBS Render Delay on a Mevo NDI camera to sync it with the PTZ camera. Did not use the delay on the PTZ. Also needed audio delay on both cameras for lip sync. To match up both audio and video we created a scene in OBS with both cameras in the same scene and recorded multiple videos of a person clapping. We adjusted the delay through trial and error until both cameras were in sync. Probably could have downloaded the video and measured the time difference in a video editing app.
