LIVESTREAM 100% OK BUT GAME HAVE LAG

Good afternoon, everyone.

I recently bought a new computer.
It's an Intel i9 14900kf, with 32GB DDR5 running at 6600 mhz C32, and an RTX4090 graphics.
The thing is, it's a high-end computer, and I've been having some problems when it comes to starting livestreams.

After sorting out the OBS settings and getting everything to run at 100% without any rate drops etc, now the livestream runs perfectly, but the WARZONE BLOWS A LOT.

The strangest thing I'm finding at the moment is:
If I'm just playing, the game works 100%
If I'm playing and streaming, the stream works perfectly but the game lag a lot.

What bothers me most is that I never have any FPS drops, I always play above 190/200. I can't understand it.

My processor is around 65c at 23% utilisation
My GPU is around 42c at 47% utilisation

I really can't understand it.

Even though I'm using a WIFI connection, I have over 650MB of uploads.

"I always play above 190/200"
But, your monitor is running @ 240HZ. Houston we have a problem. Dial the main monitor back to 120HZ.

Uncheck Scaling on the streaming tab.

Test

There's no lag showing but this looks strange, see if it stops with the above changes.
16:37:42.189: obs_gpu_encode_thread(16.6667 ms): min=5.274 ms, median=16.677 ms, max=22.982 ms, 36.3932% within ±2% of 16.667 ms (31.9213% lower, 31.6855% higher)

But why set the monitor to 120 if it's 240?
Sorry for my ignorance.
I've never had any stress about it.

The GPU is only able to deliver roughly 200FPS with the settings you're using. No reason to run that monitor at 240. Now if you make adjustments to the game settings & the GPU is delivering 240FPS or more, then it's justified.

Yes, I understand.
But where does the situation of : Without streaming, everything works fine, I play the game smoothly.
With the stream, the game crashes.
I don't think that has anything to do with it. Because when I said 190/200, I meant that it's constant and that's what I always get with or without OBS, i.e. I never lose anything. There's no way of knowing what's causing this LAG because there are no references. That's what's strange.
I've uninstalled obs and reinstalled it. I've made a new configuration.
I don't see any problem with OBS, because the livestream doesn't have any problem, but the ‘GAME’ does. But all this happens with OBS open.

I never played Warzone so hard for me to say for sure. It may not play nicely with OBS, some games don't I pointed out some issues I see in your log. OBS does require some resources & although there was no lag, there appears to be some room for improvement.

I think those timestamp warnings may be coming from one of the Media Sources. You can test by removing them to see if the warnings stop. Webcam blank is missing the extension, try removing that one first.
