We are using OBS to broadcast our church service through Facebook live. I had it working fairly well till this past weekend and our new tech guy changed some settings. Now it is super glitchy and i have yet to figure out my old settings. . Our internet is rather slow AT&T 1.1 mbs upload at the moment. Our camera is a Logitech Pro with 1080p resolution. Our PC Windows 10 - i7-6700 processor - 16GB system memory - Intel HD graphics 530... I ran the estimator and to the best of my abilities set it up, but it has serious glitches now. Can you give me a break down on what needs to be set to what. If needed, I can not post a log until tomorrow.

10:13:56.159: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 7169 (85.5%)

Due to badbitrate:
Your Output is configured with 2500 Kbps bitrate.

You internet is 1100, so you are exceeding it,

Go to output settings and change bitrate to 900

900 Kbps video + 128 kbps audio = 1028 kbps

(You can go up to 950kbps, maybe)

So my upload is 5.7mbps and im trying to stream at 3500 bitrate.
I am getting massive frame drops at times. Is this because of my upload speed or could it be because of twitch's ingest servers?

**** edit

just upgraded to 10mbps upload, will try the same settings and see if it was my internet,. The bandwidth test now shows 10000+ on my server where before it was at 5k....
