Live streaming to multiple devices without latency

Hi everyone, I’m planning on doing a live stream: where I pre-record one of my DJ mixes, which I plan to then stream from my iPhone 12 via either a JBL partybox 310 speaker or Bose S1 Pro from my cargo bike. I’m wondering if this would be possible, in essence to sync up an ever evolving speaker system with multiple sources utilising the same live stream source for music? Another main thing I’m wondering this is possible with OBS without any latency so that the same quality of mix could be accessed in real time for any other Bluetooth speakers hoping to join in. Or would this all depend on their connections? Any advice would be much appreciated!
It seems that most Bluetooth devices are only capable of connecting to 2 output speakers simultaneously and that 2.4ghz Wifi connections are prone to connection problems and would potentially have latency issues. Or am I overthinking things, and I'd actually just need to host a Mixcloud link live, via OBS or maybe Gramrphone that everyone could access on the day separately from their own devices?
Should I look into good old FM connections instead and is that possible with a pre-recorded Mixcloud set or a set directly played from my Mac?
Thanks in advance for any tips :-)
