Question / Help Live streaming result

hello ,

im here hoping someone can help me with my live streaming problem

I5 2320 VS GTX 1050 TI OC

i live stream game, with same bitrate ,same preset,same game
but why my cpu gave me more sharp video ? and when i using my VGA card ,its looks like not completly rendered , some square pixel its appear (seeing)

i think it must be my VGA card give more sharp video ?

If you mean the difference between software and hardware encoders, software encoders will always be able to provide better quality due to software encoders being able to react to different situations, while hardware encoders are mostly bound by what the fixed-function encoder can do.
