Question / Help Live Streaming Problem

I have a pretty good laptop, and when I try to stream it comes out very jumpy, the games play as smooth as normal, but it comes out jumpy like so https://youtu.be/HV_P3iOBJbg?t=24m22s.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am having the same problem, I have it in a lot of my games but some games work fine, and I have no idea how to fix this

You also need to provide your obs log. You may not actually have the same issue.

here is my log, I really need help on this, i restarted my pc, rebooted it, deleted obs and reinstalled it and I just can't figure out what the problem is

Cap the fps in your game to something around 60 or so.

In Aliens vs Predator I can't and in Rainbow I can but nothing changes and in Fortnite I can but same thing nothing happens.

Oh, I completely forgot to get my log file, I did some research on the forums and found a person with a similar problem as me, and it suggested using a different bitrate then you normally use.

welp I now know I have a different problem because I tried that and that didn't work
