Question / Help Live Streaming Media - stuck on 480p?

I am live streaming a media file using OBS for MAC. When I watch my stream it only goes as high as 480p. Is there a setting that controls whether we stream 720 or 1080p? The media file itself is 1280x720 H.264 AAC
