Question / Help Live Streaming is Laggy

I've been using OBS on my laptop for almost two years without any problems, but since I bought my Mac I can't live stream to FB without problems. The video lags and the sound is scratchy. I've learned a lot since I started doing my FB Lives but I'm not even close to being an expert. I don't think it's my internet speed because I did one of those test thingys and it said my upload speed is 82. Can you please help?
 
I really hope you can help. I have limited streaming/computer knowledge which is the main reason I love OBS. It's so easy to use and I want to continue. Thank you so much.
 
Need a log with an output session in it-- you need to start streaming, observe your problem, and then stop streaming before uploading the log so that the log contains information about the problem.
 
Thank you for your reply. There might be a problem. When I test it in FB where only I can see it, I don't have any problems at all. When I'm doing a FB Live, the first few minutes work great and then it starts lagging and getting yucky. Would it help if I sent you a link to my last FB Live?
 
Not really. If OBS works properly when generating a private stream, then it's working. If there is an issue with it working in another mode, then I think the problem lies with Facebook.
