Please let me ask my obs directly 4k video?

If you want to stream 4k, you'll likely need to use the 'advanced' section of the output settings to do so. (and potentially use the recording tab with the 'output to URL' option to set the codec and container needed for the platform you're using and what it needs.

OBS already support up to 8K streaming/recording as long as your computer is powerful enough and your streaming provider supports it.

If you record at 8k, though, you have to make sure that you use a compatible codec. h264 does not support 8k.

You can type whatever resolution you want into the resolution box.
