I just set up my first IP camera, connected it to OBS and started a live stream to youtube, but was dismayed to find that when I started the live stream it froze the camera and only showed a still frame. I had to stop the broadcast to get the camera to show video footage again and got the same result of a still frame when I resumed the broadcast.
