Live Stream on a sport with two people talking with headsets, what do I require?

Hi people,
I would like to people to commentate on a live stream and only be able to hear each other in the headset and block out background noise as much as possible. So that at least they can hear each other talking in the headset and speak in the mic of coure. The live stream will only stream the conversation. What equipment do I need for this to happen.

Have or has anyone used the Hover Cam Ultra 10 Document camera with OBS software?

Please let me know if anyone is familiar with Hover Docuement Cameras for online instruction looking to use the camera with online piano instruction. Not sure where to past my question. Would like to do live streaming with the camera.
