Live stream freezes at the same time

I am running a live stream on youtube and within the last week the camera video will stop at 4:11:37 AM and then at 4:11:37 PM each day. I can switch to another scene and than back to the scene it it starts back and works until 4:11:37. I thought the NVR may be the problem so I shut it down for 24 hours,but the problems still happens.none of the setting have been changed and all the sources like the time and weather overlay continues to work,its just the video stops. No crash report can be found and heree is the latest log file.
