Using the Video capture device works just fine but when using the Display Capture as my source, I end up with a live stream that is blurry. Streaming to Facebook blurs text from my desktop. I use a 2nd computer to access the live stream on my profile. On the second computer in Fire fox, I can zoom several times to enlarge the text. Even on a 42 inch screen you can hardly read the text. If I stream to YouTube, you know there is text displayed but there is no way that you can read any of it.
I have also noticed that the image that is going to be live and while in the preview mode is nice and sharp. As soon as I go live, then the image in the preview pane is now blurry.
I have been doing most of my testing using FaceBook as the text is almost OK. My canvas size is 1366 x 768 and have used 4 or 5 different scaling factors. The lanczos sharpened scaling, 32 samples is much better than the Bi-cubic at 16 samples.
I have used bit rates from 2000 to 4000 with the same results. At higher bit rates I of course get more frames dropped. Very low CPU usage down around 1.6% to 4.5%. So there is plenty of headroom to spare. I have also tried from 10fps to 30fps with the same results.
OBS ver 18.0.1
System is:
Windows 7 Home Premium with service pack 1
Processor: Intel Core i7-3610QM at 2.3 GHz
64 bit
16 gig of ram
32 gig of video ram

If you would like to see the video of the stream then go here:

I am almost ready to buy another computer but somehow I do not think that will solve my problem. I will leave the video up on FaceBook until you respond here.
Thank you for any help that you can give.
