Using ScoreBoard Edit 1.4 with OBS for windows, I do not have a "live Text from File" button that allows me to update my score live. Screenshots are from a tutorial with "live text from file" and other is from my computer not showing this feature. Any solution? Thanks

I've been using a html5+css combination for live lower thirds through the browser source plugin. It may work better for you if you can figure something out that can leverage that.

Thank you for your response Harold but I'm trying to find a solution to why I am having this issue.

I'm running Windows 7, using ScoreBoard Edit 1.4 with OBS 0.12.0(windows). OBS settings on my computer does not have "live Text from File" feature. Is there a fix for this? Here is the tutorial I was following.

That guide is for obs classic, not for multiplatform.

I'm not sure if multiplatform has live update from text files yet, but html+css with the browser plugin will allow you to dynamically update content.

Harold, what browser plugin are you using for dynamic update of content?
Can you give me the download link?

Thanks,

Lance

Hello there, I am new to OBS-MP. I was kindda "at home" with OBS (classic). Today I tried using scoreboard assistant (1.1.1)+OBS-MP (0.12.0), and worked almost fine. OBS-MP did read the player names and scores with no problem (I am using TXT files for each information).

I said "almost fine" because I haven't found a way to adjust the text alignment. For instance, I want the name of "Player one" to be aligned to the left of my "score bar", while the name of "Player two" should be aligned to the right. And then when I swap players (P2 goes to left and P1 goes to right) the alignment should be automatically adjust, like it worked on OBS.

Can anyone help me with this?

Other than that, I am REALLY enjoying OBS-MP. Congrats on the awesome job.
