Live Gamer Ultra no signal despite pass through

Live gamer ultra advertises 240hz pass through. The pass through does work at 1080p240hz but obs as well as the avermedia software do not detect a signal unless the refresh rate is set to 144 hz or lower.

Just using hdmi out on evga 3080ti with I believe a 48gbps hdmi cable, it’s supposed to be capable of 8 k. I mean the cable already handled 240hz and passed it through so pretty sure the hdmi cable isn’t the issue

why you use a HDMI capture device ?

I have a dual pc setup. Those specs are old. Stream pc is the 3900x system. My gaming pc is 12900k with 3080ti.
