Question / Help Live Gamer Portable - Game Audio Desync

For the past few streams I've noticed that my game audio is completely out of sync from the video. I have tried enabling buffering and offsetting the Capture Card audio by 300 but the problem is still there. I have uploaded the log file from today's stream and here's a link to the VOD. The only thing I can think of is that this might be happening because I have recently started recording while streaming.

UPDATE: So I ran a couple test streams/recordings and it turns out indeed the problem occurs when I'm both streaming and recording at the same time. Doesn't seem to matter if I press the record button immediately or after awhile.

Is this problem fixable or would I need to find another way to record?
