I will be broadcasting a graduation in a few months, I would like two switch between to Canon HD video cameras (HF-S200 1080i) during the broadcast which I already own with OBS software combined with two HD60 pro capture cards on a Windows PC. I currently have the blessing of the school to use their internet service and I plan to stream at 1080i with the highest quality settings available for YouTube or maybe Facebook. Has anyone else much experience with this type of broadcasting with OBS? I may possibly use this software for live sports games or even a wedding some day as well but most of what I see is for live game streaming. I think this software has tons of potential for amateurs and pros alike for doing these types of events.
