Live captioning/subtitling

I am trying to find a feature to have a live translation from one language to another in my live stream. I am not talking about automatic translation - but a way that a human translator can make live captions while an event is being streamed. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for this!! One question, if using the browser source - do you have a particular source in mind to use for writing in the live translation? / make subtitles?

No, I haven't thought it out in any detail...just any text field that you could put in a browser window and scroll through...let's say a google doc, appropriately sized, (Zoomed in, full screen view). I haven't tried it, but you should be able to get it to work.
