Live broadcast Blurred

I used OBS for a long time. Recently there has been a constant blurring. I tried it on many platforms (Youtube Twitch etc.). I am experiencing the same blur, even if there are ten thousand bitrates. 4K 1080P 720P etc. I haven't tried all resolutions. I changed my computer, upgraded my processor, everything did not solve my problem. The broadcasters I watch have worse system and worse loading speed than me, but even in 720p live broadcast has better image quality than my 4k broadcast. I am in the mood to throw my computer down the window.

Hi emrahkeskin,

I'm currently looking at the same problem. If you use Youtube, you should know that Youtube always transcodes your live stream into fixed bitrates, regardless of what bitrate you use for the broadcast. And the output is often blurry or pixelated...
To me it seems, that video uploads - as opposite to live streams - will be transcoded by Youtube with a higher bitrate, resulting in a higher video quality.

Did you made a local recording of your stream to check, if the problem is on your side or on Youtube's side?
