Question / Help Little lags on video (local recording)

Hi,
I have some trouble with setup my OBS for local recording in HD.
I have windows 10.
Quad-core i5 3,5GHz
16GB RAM
4GB Graphics card
and special disk for my recorded files (WD Blue Caviar 1TB)
I want to record my games within 1920x1080px resolution with 60fps and ultra hd and in my final video has lags from time to time (video only) and my BF3 videos are completely laggy.
I would appreciate some help with setup on newest version of OBS MP.

1080p60 recording on an i5 might be a little stretching it...what if you change the x264 preset to ultrafast instead of superfast?

Encoder Present to Ultrafast? Seems working, have to test it with longer gameplay and different game.

BTW What does it do? That Encoder Present settings.

and is there somewhere explanation of new OBS-MP settings ?

That is an x264 setting. Ultrafast = uses less CPU, but looks worse (but since you are using 0 buffer, the encoder will make up for it by greatly increasing your bit rate).

Working fine now. Just have to test it with BF3 :)

Btw what about that list explaining every setting in OBS-MP? is there something like that ?

You should do it for OBS MP too because some things do not match.
