Question / Help Literally every video i record drops frames up to 57%

I'm trying to use OBS to record footage of game-play but every video i record is just 144p10FPS
Can anyone give me tips on how to configure my settings so it will be 720p60?

Don't use Custom Output (ffmpeg). Use simple output mode, and configure a hardware encoder if available.
