Question / Help listen audio while live

Hi all, I'm new and exited about this software! Easy and very good!

One question...
While I am live I can see the video that is streaming in the main video but I can't ear the audio. How can I set it up? thanks!

(please note that in youtube I can ear everything well but obvisully is in delay. I want to ear it from OBS)

ok, thanks... I'm not crazy :-)

Anyway is a big problem in my opinion. Hope it will arrive soon
