Bug Report List of different windows empty since last update

Hello,

This is my first time on the forum, so if I am missing etiquette please tell me.
Since I updated to 17.0, OBS can't capture an individual window anymore, in the parameters of the "Window capture" the "Window" drop-down list is empty, even if I click on it.
It worked fine before, what happened? Is there a solution?

I am using OBS Studio 17.0, and would like to capture a photoshop window (for art streams).

Are you using any Kaspersky Product?
If so try disabling it.

Indeed, it was Kaspersky, thank you!! You saved me here.
The problem is solved when I totally stop Kaspersky, not just disabling the protection. I guess I'll have to search around the antivirus' parameters for him to stop blocking OBS's features.
