Linux Mint 22: High CPU Load when a browser source is loaded.

When I open OBS and added a browser source, the CPU load gets relatively high (~6.5% on my CPU with 8c16t), and my CPU always run at high frequency and temperature, fans running loud as well. It's likely full loaded a single thread on my CPU.
After removing the browser source the cpu load doesn't drop. So it's likely the problem in the builtin obs-browser plugin.

System: linux mint 22
Desktop: KDE Plasma (X11) 5.27.11
Kernel: 6.8.0-51-generic
OBS: 31.0.1-0obsproject1~noble, from the PPA
