Question / Help Linking obs studio to crowd purr trivia

Does anyone have detailed instructions. Here’s what I’m trying to do.
1. I have crowdpurr trivia running. Great online trivia app
2. I am going to run a virtual trivia night for charity.
3. everyone will log on to say Facebook (other suggestions) where I’ll stream to
4. want to setup obs so left window shows me presenting, right window shows crowdpurr trivia Web window running
5. ideally any cool intro graphics or videos would be a bonus.......

any detailed help appreciated as I have a short window to get this running.
