Question / Help Linking Buttons

I'm curious if there's a way to link buttons for social media. I did a quick search and didn't come up with anything. I would like people to be able to click buttons for facebook, instagram, and the like while watching my videos. What can i do to make this possible?

It's not possible to have the images in the video be clickable during a stream. The underlying protocols don't allow it.

Maybe it's possible with another program once a videos uploaded? Maybe youtube? I'm totally new to all this.

You can do clickable links with annotations on youtube in their editor. It's not something that can be done in the recording software.
