Question / Help LGP Stream Engine Unavailable

The LGP Stream Engine is now unavaiIable in Video Capture Device; unsure if it is a bug in the 0.11.1 update. I understand why it may be best to move to the Avermedia C875, but it does not allow you to change resolution or frame rate. I am a poor man streamer who can only run a 360p stream. I can not convert over if the OBSMP forces me to use twice the processing than OBS.

I use the Stream Engine on OBS, because it allows me to choose the resolution and FPS. In OBSMP the option to select the Stream Engine was there and I selected it. However, it then disappeared with the hotfix. I learned then that I could use the Avermedia C875 similar to Xsplit, but it doesn't allow me to select resolution or frame rate. Forcing it to 360p via OBSMP keeps the processing too high for me to stream without frame drops.

Far as I know the Stream Engine only works with the 32bit, but I have tried 64bit and it is still not available. I mean, I am fine if someone can tell me how to set resolution and frame rate for Avermedia C785, but the most straight forward way isn't letting me.
