Hello, I'm not sure if this is a bug report or just something derpy with my setup I need help with.
So I'm getting weird audio stuttering with the Live Gamer HD on OBS Multiplatform and after a bunch of testing I've narrowed it down to custom resolution. If I leave my capture card on Device Default setting within the properties panel on OBS it'll default to 720p and it runs fine no audio stutters but as soon as I change it to 1080p it starts to stutter randomly. The stuttering is audio only and is present in both local recordings and live streams and isn't constant it seems to randomly appear every other minute.
Things I've tried but didn't work:
#1. Uninstall and removed all settings then reinstall.
#2. Change sample rates from 44.1 to 48 and tested both.
#3. Enabled Audio Buffering under LGHD properties on OBS.
#4. Made sure all settings matched RECentral's.
#5. Changed frame rate to match output, highest fps, 30, 29.97 tested each.
#6. Leave LGHD at custom res of 1080p and use downscaling in OBS settings to 720p.
#7. Use 3.5mm audio in on LGHD instead of HDMI audio.
#8. For recording only (use stream encoder) and enforce streaming service encoder.
I've tried multiple combinations of settings and no matter what I do that audio stuttering is present when my LGHD is set to custom resolution of 1080p. My RECentral settings are set to 1080p as well but it's not grabbing those settings for Device Default. I do own an LGP and having the resolution set to Device Default will use the LGP Stream Engine settings so it's 1080p and works fine no audio stutters. I don't like using my LGP with OBS though because of the freezing when trying to change a settings.
Also the settings that stutter in OBS MP works fine in the older OBS. The Multiplatform version has awesome features though so I don't wanna go back! I've uploaded 3 samples with 3 logs to each of the samples for comparison.
My CPU usage hovers around 55-65% when recording and streaming and about 10% when just recording which all these tests were just recordings.

Settings for Recording:
Encoder: x264
Bitrate: 1000.
Buffer size: 0
Keyframe Interval: 0
Use CBR: Unchecked
CRF: 16
Preset: Ultrafast
Profile: Main - So it matches OLD OBS for testing otherwise I leave it on none.
Tune: none
Settings for Streaming to Twitch:
Encoder: x264
Rescale Output: 1280x720
Bitrate: 2000 / 3000 if I do 60fps.
Custom Buffer Size: Unchecked
Keyframe Interval: 2
Use CBR: Checked
Preset: Fast
Profile: Main
Tune: Animation
Settings are probably all in the logs but I figured I'd add them to the post.
I hope I can get some insight on this and if not I hope it helps discover any bugs.
UPDATE: I tried uninstalling my RECentral and drivers and reinstalling them now the audio stutter happens no matter what the setting is custom resolution or device default. whoops.
UPDATE #2: I did a fresh install because my computer needed it. Problem still there and now it happens on LGP with stream engine as well. Also tried LGP on my laptop and the stutter was there as well. I'm starting to think there's a problem with the settings I'm using or devices like my HDMI splitter.
UPDATE #3: My LGP decided to fix itself not sure how I didn't do anything so I'll be using that for now. I've discovered that if you set the LGHD audio output mode to Output desktop audio (either option) the audio will be fine and wont stutter.
