LF Simple 4-player scoreboard for public library programming

I'm not sure where to put this, since I don't feel technical enough to figure out what the different forums are intended for.

I'm working on streaming to Facebook live for the public library where I work. One of the things we're working on is promoting different gaming items that our patrons can borrow as well as the occasional in-person Magic: the Gathering commander game. In commander and other magic streams specifically, I'm looking to find something that allows me to keep track of player life totals. I'm going to attempt to share something simple that I did with simply adding text as a source in OBS Studio 64bit. This is pretty difficult to change since I have to go in, select the source, and delete and type in the new value. I'm hoping for something that I can just click up and down on, sett up between 2 and 4 different life total counters, maybe add a title/name for the individual who belongs to the life total. I don't really understand much about these kinds of custom things on obs and I don't have training in this kind of thing. I mean, I can size stuff, make simple graphics in photoshop, etc, but don't know where to look or the kind of terminology to search. I just keep searching "obs mtg life overlay scoreboard" or something along those lines.

Are there free options that already exist?

Thanks for any guidance!

Andrew
