Hey guys,
As the title states, OBS doesn't work for me after a win11 forced update.
What doesn't work?
I previously had my video capture device set up and working as the Rode Streamer X. Now, the option does not appear. I don't know where to begin looking to see what Windows updated that may have changed the compatibility or caused this issue. The audio works fine.
Previously I simply disabled some drivers and onboard settings to make sure OBS wouldn't have interference: I disabled the onboard camera and disabled the Onboard Mic. OBS was able to identify the Rode Streamer X and it was ready for use immediately.
When I got the Rode Streamer X, I noted and addressed the following: Cables. I made sure to get all high-speed cables.
Laptop in question: 2023/24 Lenovo IdeaPad 3
Processor: 13th Gen Intel Core i7-1355U Installed RAM: 16 GB OS: Windows 11 Home v23H2
Troubleshooting steps so far:
Clean install of OBS
Resetting previous settings
checking cables
Running on another computer(Works perfectly on Win10 Desktop)
Log file link:
Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.
