Good afternoon, I am the owner of a lenvo l340 gaming laptop. When I try to start streaming using nvida nvenc codec i get the error: Current driver version does not support this NVENC version, please upgrade your driver.
My laptop specs:
1. I5-9300H
2. GTX1050
3. 16GB RAM
I tried to use encoders NVIDIA NVENC HEVK and NVIDIA NVENC H.264 and still get this error.
I have a Windows 10 operating system, I use the latest video card driver from the manufacturer's website, I'm sure that my video card supports CUDA cores.
What could be causing this problem and is there any way to solve it?
I've attached the trance settings I'm trying to use. I tried to change multipass mode and disable Psycho Visual Tuning - it did not help
